Stephen Green
Stephen Green is a Partner and Head of the Personal Injury Team within the Litigation Department.
Stephen became a Solicitor in 2000 and joined Pinney Talfourd LLP in 2003. He became a Partner in 2006.
Stephen is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives and a Solicitor Advocate with the right to appear before courts at all levels and is an Accredited Mediator. He is a long standing member of both the Law Society Personal Injury Panel and the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers.
Stephen deals with a wide variety of personal injury claims including road traffic accidents, accidents at work, slips and trips and accidents involving occupiers.
Stephen is a keen motorcyclist and is IAM and ROSPA Gold qualified. He has particular expertise in dealing with motorcycle accident claims. He also has extensive experience of dealing with clinical negligence claims and has been successful in a variety of claims over the years.
Stephen is passionate about obtaining just and fair compensation for personal injury victims. He has obtained compensation for a number of the victims of the London Bombings and many victims of crimes of violence over the years. Stephen's success rate in relation to personal injury claims is very high and most of his work comes from personal recommendations.
