Nicola Healy

Nicola is an Associate Solicitor and a member of our Private Client Department and Elderly Client Department.

Nicola studied law at Staffordshire University and after completing the Legal Practice Course at the College of Law Chester, trained with a well known firm in Essex and qualified as a solicitor in 2009. She joined us in August 2010.

As part of the dedicated Private Client Department, Nicola deals with all aspects of Private Client work including Wills, Trusts, Personal Taxation issues, Estate Administration, Court of Protection work, including dealing with Lasting Powers of Attorney and Deputyship Applications and Elderly Client issues.

Nicola is sympathetic and approachable and like all the members of the department, is experienced in dealing with sensitive issues.

All the members of the department are happy to make home or hospital visits where clients are unable to attend the office.
