Melissa is an Associate Solicitor and member of our Commercial Property and Company & Commercial Law Departments.

Melissa completed her Law degree at the University of Birmingham prior to undertaking her Legal Practice Course and being admitted as a solicitor in 1998. She originally practiced in the City and subsequently in Chelmsford and Brentwood prior to joining Prestons & Kerlys as an Associate Solicitor in 2009. Pinney Talfourd LLP and Prestons & Kerlys merged in October 2011.
Melissa deals with all aspects of commercial property including sale and acquisition of freehold and leasehold property, land development projects, overage agreements, option agreements and secured lending/property finance.
She is also experienced in company and commercial work including, sale and acquisition of companies and businesses, company formation and shareholders agreements.
Melissa's clients include property developers, housing associations, property investment companies, charities, banks and building societies as well as local businesses. She speaks Mandarin and is available to see clients at all of our offices.
