Kerry Hull
Kerry is an Associate Solicitor and a member of our Litigation and Dispute Resolution Department.
Kerry qualified in 1994 and then practised as an in house solicitor for an insurance company handling mainly public and employer's liability claims and road traffic accidents.
Kerry then moved to the USA and practiced in the area of product liability litigation claims on behalf of the Ford Motor Co. When she returned to the UK she joined a local practice in Romford, Essex as a civil litigation solicitor where she remained for 13 years. Kerry joined Pinney Talfourd LLP in 2010.
Kerry's main area of practice is Civil Litigation which includes claims including breach of contract, building and construction disputes, clinical and professional negligence, housing, land lord and tenant disputes, repossession, property disputes, boundary and neighbour disputes, debt recovery and insolvency issues.
She is also experienced in company and partnership disputes and deals with contentious probate claims relating to the validity and execution of wills, testamentary capacity, undue influence and claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act.
She regularly represents clients in the High Court, County Court and in Tribunals as well as representing her clients through the mediation process.
