Katie Nickless

Katie is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives (FCILEx) and a member of our Residential Property Department.

Katie began practising property law and conveyancing in 2003 with another local firm and qualified in 2010 after studying and training in Essex. She joined the firm in March 2010.

Katie specialises in all types of residential property transactions, including the sale and purchase of leasehold and freehold property, re-mortgages, transfers and lease extensions. Katie has an excellent rapport with her clients and manages to take the stress out of the conveyancing process.
