Alex Pearce
Alex is an Associate Solicitor, specialising in Employment Law and a member of the Litigation and Dispute Resolution Department.
Alex read law at the University of Hertfordshire and graduated in 2005. After successfully completing his professional exams at the College of Law in 2006, he worked for a top city legal 100 firm specialising in Employment Law.
He joined Pinney Talfourd LLP in September 2010 and qualified as a Solicitor in March 2012.
Alex acts for private and commercial clients in both non-contentious and contentious matters, in all aspects of employment law. He has a particular interest in assisting both employees and employers in a range of matters including disciplinary, grievance and redundancy consultation procedures, defending and pursuing unfair dismissal and discrimination claims in the Employment Tribunal. Alex also advises employees on compromise agreements.
He understands that clients require a swift and accurate response and is able to meet clients before work, late into the evening and at office premises if required.
He is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association, the Junior Lawyers Division and a volunteer advisor for the Citizens Advice Bureau.
