Adele Dean
Adele is a Partner of the Firm, a solicitor and Head of our Residential Conveyancing Department.
Adele qualified in 2002 after studying at Reading University and the College of Law Guildford. Adele joined as a trainee and has remained with the firm from that time. She became a partner in April 2006.
Adele specialises in all aspects of non-contentious property work including the acquisition, development and sale of large residential development sites for major national house builders. When not acting for developers, Adele acts as a recommended solicitor for purchasers of new build plots.
She also deals with all forms of residential conveyancing matters, both leasehold and freehold, as well as dealing with commercial property transactions to include commercial leases.
Adele has a proactive no nonsense attitude to her work and her level headed approach ensures deals progress quickly to completion.
Adele is a member of the West Essex Law Society and the Havering Solicitors Group.
